DEAD MEAT (brief synopsis)—This project can be viewed as either a single channel video or as a gallery video installation.  The installation consists of six 30”x30” photographs, two 2’x3’ kinetic roadways, a 2’x3’ cut away of the original set, and the 10 minute video.  A young man travels to the desert to experience an epiphametic moment in the desert.  The entire journey is constructed through miniatures and low-fi blue screens.  The fakery of the moment asks the viewer to consider how much of us or rather what part of ourselves is legitimate.
